Zach here. The date and time of the Bummer Summer world premiere have been whispered to me, and they’re very agreeable. Saturday night, February 27 at 6:45pm. You heard it here first.
Check back soon for further developments as they arise.
Zach here. If you visit this blog via the link on our website, then you were probably surprised to see that it looks totally different as of today. You also may have noticed two new trailers. In case you didn’t, here they are:
If you’ve got a second to spare, leave a comment and let us know which one you prefer.
Meanwhile, we’ve got a facebook page. It includes stills and set photographs with which even the most seasoned blog-reader will be unfamiliar. Please visit this page by clicking here.
Zach here. These days, you’ve got to be crafty in order to successfully market your film. So I turned to Omegle.com, a weird website that connects you with a complete stranger. Here’s how it went:
Stranger: tell me about it
You: it’s about a 17 year old kid, on summer vacation. his older brother comes home from college. they hang out. they run into the older brother’s ex-high school sweetheart (they haven’t spoken in a couple of years). all three of them hangout. they go on a road trip. the dynamic gets weird.
Stranger: well sir i think i will be going
Stranger: mongolian grill is calling my name
Eh, I’m going to go design a postcard or something.
Meanwhile, here’s a short film collabo with Broken Brain (Rob and his brofriend Marc). It was made accidentally on the set of their forthcoming short film/brainscrew Puppy Whistle.
Nandan here. It’s been a minute since I’ve visited this place and announced any news to you people. Things have been happening however, and I’d like to tell you about a couple news items.
Firstly we’ve been stressing over sound, as usual. We knew it would be our biggest stress post-production and it has been. Luckily people are helping us more than we deserve and something’s coming out of it.
In other news, were working on a new website, it’s pretty close to launching. It’s nothing fancy, but I like it quite a bit.
